Our Returns Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days for store credit, a replacement, or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds take up to 10 days and include a 10% restocking fee and return label charge, unless the item is damaged or incorrect, in which case fees are waived.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! Under certain circumstances, we allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method provided that the following criteria are met. Refunds can take 10 days to process and there is a 10% restocking fee and a return label charge. If you received the wrong item or the item was damaged these fees are waived.
Hats, Tees, Hoodies, Koozies, Mugs, Phone Cases, Sun Protection, Stickers, and Prints.
All of the above products are made to order. Meaning, that we do not keep these items in stock. As soon as you order these items, we start; to work on creating the products that you ordered. For that reason, we do not offer any sort of “buyer's remorse” type of returns.
Exceptions:
- Items are damaged or defective. Photo and description of the damage is required.
- Item does not fit. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging. If the item smells of smoke it cannot be resold and therefore will not be eligible for a refund.
Vintage Outdoor Goods
We have a 30-day return policy on vintage outdoor goods. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Determining the Issue
Step 1
We're really sorry that there has been an issue with your order. This is not the experience we want you to have.
If we sent the wrong item, or it’s damaged or defective, contact support@jbicklesbee.com within 30 days for a free replacement or refund—no return needed. Include a photo where the design and the issue can be seen in the same frame.
For incorrect size or color orders, use the Returns Portal (Step 2) to request a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Phone Case Specific: If you ordered a phone case and it does not fit please check your phones model number to confirm you ordered the correct size. If we mailed the wrong size please include a screenshot of your phones model number. If you ordered the wrong size we will still replace it but you need to use our return portal and purchase a return label and return the item.
Create A Return Label
Step 2
To use our Returns Portal to complete your return you will need your 4-digit order ID. If you can't find your order ID, email us for assistance. For instant exchanges, you'll receive an invoice for the return shipping label. For refunds, label fees are deducted from your refund. All returns incur a 10% restocking fee.
Print Your Label
Step 3
After using the Return Portal, check your email for the USPS return label. If it's missing, check your spam folder or email support@jbicklesbee.com for a resend.
Mail It Back
Step 4
Mail your return within 30 days of your request. Use your local Post Office, package the item securely, apply the return label, and ship it back. Returns must be mailed within 30 days, or the request may be canceled. Items are inspected for damage, and returns may be refused.
